With this spiky-looking headpiece -- one of Mother Monster's many costume changes during the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards -- Gaga looks uncannily like Primeape, a bipedal Pokemon covered in shaggy white fur.

Nicki Minaj as Jynx

The "Roman Holiday" singer has had many looks over the years, but this one -- long blonde extensions and a red-lace bodysuit with a latex harness, which she wore for a Today show appearance in 2012 -- bears a striking resemblance to Jynx, a humanoid Pokemon with blonde hair and a red gown.

Pauly D as Hitmonchan

With his gelled-up spiky hair and enthusiastic fist pump, Jersey Shore alum (and new dad) Pauly D resembles Hitmonchan, a tan, humanoid Pokemon that specializes in punching.

Cee Lo Green as Ho-Oh

The Voice mentor and "Forget You" singer took the stage at the 2011 Grammys in this colorful, feathery getup, which could almost be a Halloween costume for Ho-Oh, a flying legendary Pokemon that looks like a cross between a phoenix and a peacock.

Kelly Osbourne as Clefairy

The Fashion Police star's lavender updo and rosy cheeks call to mind Clefairy, a fairy-type Pokemon with a curly tuft of pastel fur on its head.

Rick Ross as Blastoise

With his crushed blue velvet track suit and numerous gold medallions -- his performance outfit at the 2013 Hip Hop Awards -- the "Super High" rapper is a dead ringer for Blastoise, a water-type Pokemon with a dark blue body, yellow chest armor, and a tortoise-like shell.

Vin Diesel as Diglett

The Fast and Furious star's perfectly shaped, bald head looks like Diglett, a dome-shaped ground-type Pokemon.

Seth Rogen as Slowpoke

The Knocked Up actor's wide-eyed, open-mouthed expression resembles Slowpoke, a water/psychic Pokemon with big eyes and curled ears. (Rogen is much smarter and more clever than Slowpoke, though.)

After speculation arose this week, it’s officially confirmed that One Direction’sZayn Malik and Little Mix’s Perrie Edwards are engaged!

The rumor mill began after the 20-year-old beauty showed up to the “This is US” premiere in London with a giant sparkler on his left ring finger.

Perrie’s mom Debbie confirmed the engagement to Real Radio, saying, “Yes it is, it’s true. They got engaged on Sunday and it was absolutely lovely.”

“It’s wonderful because Zayn is absolutely gorgeous. Perrie loves him to pieces and it’s perfect. They get on so well together and understand each other. It’s just fabulous. He did the traditional asking me and then asking his mum and dad,” she added.

 Jane Pitt sent in a letter to the editor in support of Mitt Romney and against abortion and same-sex marriage.

Though Brad Pitt donated $100,000 in 2008 to fight the same-sex marriage ban Proposition 8 in California, his mother who lives in Missouri appears to have different opinions on the issue. Jane Pitt sent a letter to the editor to the News-Leader in support of Mitt Romney, aimed at other Christians who might balk at voting for Romney because he is Mormon. She warns that those who might be considering not voting at all or writing in a name are essentially voting Obama, who she calls a "liberal who supports the killing of unborn babies and same-sex marriage."

Her full letter below:

I have given much thought to Richard Stoecker’s letter (“Vote for Mormon against beliefs,” June 15). I am also a Christian and differ with the Mormon religion.

But I think any Christian should spend much time in prayer before refusing to vote for a family man with high morals, business experience, who is against abortion, and shares Christian conviction concerning homosexuality just because he is a Mormon.

Any Christian who does not vote or writes in a name is casting a vote for Romney’s opponent, Barack Hussein Obama — a man who sat in Jeremiah Wright’s church for years, did not hold a public ceremony to mark the National Day of Prayer, and is a liberal who supports the killing of unborn babies and same-sex marriage.

I hope all Christians give their vote prayerful consideration because voting is a sacred privilege and a serious responsibility.

Girl Awakens from Coma After Hearing Adele Song

It was April 2011, and Leila Neve was ready to hold her daughter Charlotte for the last time. 

Charlotte, 7, had suffered a brain hemorrhage only days before, which left her in a coma. Doctors had just about given up on the little girl and told Neve to say her goodbyes. So Neve crawled into her daughter's hospital bed for one last cuddle. 

That's when a miracle happened. 

As Adele's "Rolling in the Deep" – one of Charlotte's favorite songs – came on the radio, Neve began to sing it to Charlotte … and Charlotte smiled. 

"I couldn't believe it," Neve told The Telegraph. "It was the first time she had reacted to anything since the hemorrhage. The nurses were astounded and told me to keep singing, and she smiled again." 

Within a few days, Charlotte – who had suffered several strokes since her brain hemorrhage on April 12 – was able to get out of bed. After some physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy, she was even ready to go home. 

"It was like she was rebooting," said Neve, a 31-year-old Lancashire, U.K. resident. "She was allowed to come home for a weekend to see how she was and the first thing she said was 'home sweet home.' " 

Although Charlotte has been left with some blindness and memory loss, she has since enrolled in dance class and is attending school again. 

"Charlotte has been brilliant," said Neve. "She is so determined and brave. The doctors have stopped telling us what she should be able to do – because she has amazed them so much."
